Most intranets are built like archives — technically complete, emotionally empty. We built CAQA Intranet like a town square instead: a warm, familiar place people return to because the news is fresh, the noticeboard is current and the neighbours are easy to find.
CAQA Intranet is part of CAQA Groups and a Career Calling International initiative. The family has spent decades inside Australian education and service organisations, and that experience shapes every function: policies with owners because audits ask who owns them; directories that mirror real team structures; announcements with acknowledgement because some messages are obligations, not updates.
It ships as part of the CAQA ERP suite, so internal communication sits beside the systems that run the organisation — one family, one standard of quality.
